When will my card be charged?
If you backed a crowdfunding campaign, your card will be charged once the campaign reaches its funding goal. If the crowdfunding campaign doesn’t reach its goal, your card won’t be charged.
If you backed a preorder campaign, your card will be charged immediately following your contribution.
You may see a temporary authorization of funds on your account after you make your contribution. This usually goes away within a few days, depending on your financial institution. If the charge doesn’t go away, we recommend you contact your bank for more details on their authorization process.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery time will vary based on the items offered in each campaign. For best reference, please make sure to read the details on the campaign page, as well as each campaign update that will be emailed to you after you complete your order.
While it is typical for items to be delivered within 30 days of the campaign’s end, some items may take longer. Campaign update emails will be the best way to estimate delivery timeframe.
I accidentally entered the wrong address. How can I fix it?
Contact us with your correct address and we'll update your order. For faster service, please make sure to include your order number.
I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?
Be sure to double check the details of the campaign in case delivery dates are specified. If they are not, orders typically ship within 30 days after the campaign successfully reaches its goal.
If it is past this timeframe and you still have not received your order, let us know. Please include your order number and we'll get to the bottom of it!
I made a contribution, now what?
First of all, thank you for your contribution! All orders are usually delivered within 30 days after a campaign ends or is successfully funded (if it's a crowdfunding campaign). You'll receive an order confirmation email with details about your order and you'll also receive periodic emails keeping you in the loop on the status of the campaign and your ordered items.
Can I cancel my contribution?
Absolutely. Just contact us with your order number and we'll get you taken care of.
I received an incorrect item. What happens next?
In the event that an item you ordered is incorrect or defective, let us know by heading to our contact page and submitting the form there. We will respond within 24 hours (usually sooner) with a solution.
Where can I see my order details?
If you're not already, log in to your account. Then navigate to your profile and click 'Contributions' in the navigation bar. Here you will see a summary of all campaigns you've contributed to.
